The Spring Banquet featured speaker knows firsthand what it means to find the courage to walk away and rise. At 58, Mollie Campbell made the life-changing decision to leave an eight-year marriage marked by abuse. Rather than letting that experience define her limits, she let it define her purpose. Today, Mollie is a professional speaker, an HR leader with more than 30 years of experience, and the founder and CEO of the Employers Against Domestic Abuse Alliance, EADAA, a nonprofit helping businesses and communities understand that domestic abuse doesn’t stay at home. Through her speaking business and the work of EADAA, Mollie is turning her story of survival into strength for others.
